First of all I'm sorry if this is TMI. But.

Oh jeez. I'm not ready for labor! I've been laying down for an hour and the pain still hasn't settled down. My DH told me to walk around and I was like ?

I hope it calms down soon.

It's most likely BH contractions. I'm a FTM too but everyone tells me when you're having actual labor contractions you will be able to tell. My doctor told me with real contractions it's hard to speak during them, and very difficult to walk. I suggest taking a warm bath. If these are real contractions they will begin to come stronger and closer together. If that happens call your doctor and go to L/D

I get that crampy feeling and usually pain in my back with it when I over do it. If I take Tylenol and drink water and lay down it goes away.

That's how my contractions started out with my daughter. I would time them and see if there's a pattern or if they get stronger. It very well could be the beginning of labor!
