I have read that ACV works wonders on them, it's suppose to sting a little at first but people say they Shrink very fast

I have a fairly large external one that never went away after having my last son.

When I mentioned having it surgically removed, my dad told me about my grandpa having it done, and now I'm just gonna live with this thing and give it a name, because apparently the surgery is f*** ing horrific.

Restoralax! It's a life saver!! It's not addictive at all it just brings more water to your colon. It takes about a week to start working but my bum is thanking me. I had cauliflower butt when I birthed and I still have a little tag. I'm always pooping goat turds or jelly beans and this is the only thing that helps me poop like a normal person...you can use it with kids so I'm assuming you can use it pregnant! Best of luck!?

Is the skin just irritated or do you have hemorrhoids? If it's just irritated, I would put some coconut oil or mineral oil on it after pooping and all cotton undies or none. If it's hemorrhoids, then tucks pads or prep h should help. There is always the padsicle approach-soak some panty liners in water or witch hazel, freeze and wear them like a normal pad.

Drink some more water to try and help soften the pellets.

Take baths, no thongs, maybe hemorrhoid creams are safe while pregnant?

To help the sensitivity, you can get tucks pads. they have witch hazel in them and you just tuck one up between your cheeks and it helps soothe the pain. Are you pregnant? My doctor allowed me to drink miralax while pregnant to keep things moving but you may want to check with your doctor if youre pregnant. Even if you aren't pregnant, miralax is great for getting things going without being too rough on your system.

My hemorrhoids are unfortunately permanent ? outside of getting them surgically removed (which I've heard is complete and total HELL), that's the only option I've got. They are always there and it's gross and makes me feel terrible and insecure! Hopefully yours will resolve - some do. Mine have been there for several years now and nothing makes them go down. Pregnancy is NOT helping either ?????
