How much does your child sleep?

5 months old & sleeps 630pm-545/6am

Has 3-4 naps during the day, 3 if they're longer, 4 if she catnaps

Naps are normally between 30mins- 2 hours (usually 1x 1& 1/2hr & 2x 45min)

2 and a half year old daughter doesn't really nap anymore but will go 6.30pm till 7am without waking.

14 month old son has a 3 hour day nap around 11 and will then go from 6pm to 7am, usually without waking. It's taken a long time for him to get to that though, I was waking up to him every hour for his first 10 months of life, no clue how I survived on that ?

@lacey does he wake up overnight? Wow that's 16+ hours in a 24hr period! Amazing!

My 22 month old naps from 10-12noon, bed at 7/7:30pm and wakes at 5:30/6am

My 6 week old naps whenever during the day but is awake (witching hour) from 6-10pm and then wakes once during the night 1/2am ish and then wakes at 5:30/6am

10.5 months (almost 11) he has 2 x 1.5/2hour sleeps and sleeps 12/13 hours over night.

Yeah she use to sleep longer of a night n day time....But since like a mth ago when the full blown teething (top ones) kicked in she's dropped sleep..

Hubby wakes at like 5:20am so I'm up anyway

My 5 year old goes to bed at 8.30pm and sleeps until 7.30am.

My 5 week old kind of sleeps whenever he wants through the day but he usually has a short nap after every feed (3 hourly-ish) and a longer 2 hour sleep in the middle of the day somewhere. He goes to bed when we do at 10.30pm and wakes for one feed around 4am and back to sleep until 7.30am.

Last night he went to sleep at 10.30 and didnt wake up until 5.30am. Went back to sleep and got up for the day at 9am.

My 13month old son still has a morning and afternoon sleep for about 1.5hrs-2hrs.

Goes to bed at 6.30pm and gets up at 7am

Dd is 13 months and has two sleeps a day. At 10am for 1 - 1.5 hours and at 2.30pm for 1 - 1.5 hours. Bed time is 7pm though she is usually not asleep until 7.30 (or later atm ??) and wakes at 3am then co sleeps with us until 7 am.

My son is 17 months, he goes to bed at 6:30pm and wakes 6/6:30am, no overnight waking any more (although this only recently stopped)

For naps, he either has one 2 hour nap midday, or two 1 hour naps morning and afternoon.

She's 9 months. Two naps throughout the day, both about an hour, sleeps 10-11 hours at night still waking about twice

4 months up at 6:30/7 sleeps 30 minutes 8:30 (school run) sleeps up to 2 hours at 11, has a nap at 2:30/3 (in car school run) nap at 5 for max 30 minutes. In bed 8/9 won't go earlier as he loves playing with his siblings. Sleeps most nights up until 4am sometimes 6:30/7 if it's 4 he will have a feed then back to bed.

@tam that's the same schedule here. The 7pm-5:30/6am. It's driving me bonkers as she used to do 6pm-6am.

9.5mths right now with teething her day sleeps r all diff lengths..

Normally first one is like 45mins to abit over an hr n second one is usually an hr n 1/2... If they r shorter due to been uncomfy because of the dam teeth I'll pop her down for an arvo sleep..

Sleeping of a night it's 7pm to like 5:30am atm..

No night feeds.. Havnt had them for mthsssss

@zazu wow you have a great sleeper! I thought the average sleep in 24 hrs for a 9month-1yr old was 13hrs! Haha

2 hour nap at midday

Bed at 7, usually sleeps overnight till 6.30. But sometimes will wake up around 12 for a bottle
