I read on here about a birthing ball; my husband went and got me one. I’m 34 weeks. Should I start using it now? And if yes, for how long? Thank you:)

I've been sitting on mine for months. It helps so much with posture and hip pain. Doing hip circles helps baby engage

Awesome! I did notice it helps with posture. The ball won’t make me go into labor tomorrow right? Lol

Doctor said my baby’s head was down already. He won’t check if I’m dilated til I’m 37 weeks. I’m really want to have a vba2c so if this makes labor a little easier, then I’ll be on this ball as much as I can !

If you don't have a history of preterm labor or any current issues it's probably ok. In most cases Your dr would tell you if you needed to avoid certain activities. If you use it and notice labor symptoms id deff discontinue use until closer to early term then start back

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
