@lovelandon10 can the hospital do that?! As long as your car seat is rated correctly (the convertible 3-in-1 I have starts out at 5lbs rear facing), idk how they could not let you take your child home. That’s insane ??
For me as a mom of 2 going to 3 when it come to car seat and stroller safety is my #1. I have used and still saying with maxi cosi foray travel system this time I got the maxi cosi adora travel system. The Chico is good too stoke and others.
Chicco keyfit 30, has a travel kit. It was my sons so it’s green and we are having a girl but it does the job. Checked the expiration date and we are good ?
I got mine from khols online!!!! I saved a lot of money plus got khols cash to spend next time I go in. I've had mine for 3 months now! And I'm in love with it!
I got the Graco Extend2fit forever car seat and the Baby Trend Venture Travel System, I wanted one for long term use and the travel system for easier maneuvering in and out the car during the winter months cause it’s harsh where I live.
I have two Graco click connect 35, only had to get one, and got a Joovey twin frame stroller with the Graco adapters for the car seats. Seemed like a good idea and less bulky and lighter then a regular stroller for what I could afford.
I’ve got a Bugaboo Cameleon3 and a Baby Jogger City Mini GT. I used them both with my 2.5yo and absolutely love them, car seat wise I’m in Australia so wouldn’t be much help haha
We’ve had a Bugaboo Cameleon3 carrycot (turn to stroller), and GB Vaya ISize car seat which should last until she’s around 4yo. We can’t take the seat out though to fit on to pushchair as I wanted one that lasted longer than first year and this one meets highest/newest safety specs!
No you can't remove it. I personally never used a stroller with my daughter and I don't plan on using one now. Infant car seats are a waste of money to me because they will use it for just a very short time, then you will have to buy another car seat after.

I bought the Safety 1st Grow and Go 3-in-1 convertible car seat. It's for Newborn and up That way I won't have to buy an infant car seat.
