Something I've been wanting to try but haven't yet this pregnancy is laying on my belly on one of those rounds pool floaties or snow innertubes (So there's a place for your bump to go). Last pregnancy i was going to a chiropractor who had a cushion for pregnant ladies to lay on on their bellies and it was just heavenly. It relieves pressure on your back, and I would think if you're having problems with things going numb that night be really helpful.

One of the heating pads I tried was “icy hot” that didn’t help :/

I had terrible back pain last pregnancy! Warm baths in Epsom salts really helped and you can use a small tens machine on your back which you can also then use in labour..

Tiger Balm!!! It's magic, I don't know what kind of voodoo is in there. It's helped me so much. I'm currently on my heating pad ?

I have the same problem and my doctor said it's my baby sitting on a nerve I think it's called sciatic nerve and it causes the worse back pain and my legs , hips and even toes go numb . Sadly he said the only thing that will honestly help is when I have my son so I just suffer .
