Feeling frustrated...

So I’m due may 30th once baby gets here I’ll be staying home with him which I’m so looking forward to ? but my hubby and I still live in a one bedroom apartment (until August) and it’s very small no room at all for hardly anything and I’m having a hard time cause I can’t prepare for baby like I would like to or set up his room like I would like and I honestly have no clue how I’m going to prepare and get ready for him ? has any other ladies gone threw this or know any ideas that may help?

Yes be thankful there isn’t much to do other than make sure your house is spotless for visitor drop in, prep meals in the freezer, hospital bag, making certain you get car seat and install it as well as make sure it is installed correctly if this is your first child that is helpful. Babies don’t need much. It seems the more babies you have the less you really end up doing in that department! Just make sure you have a bassinet or baby box to put the baby to sleep and all the clothes cleaned and prepped! Diapers in stock. Bottles and breast pump ready. Keep an eye out for sales. Lots you can do that is more crucial beside decorating to prep for baby! You will have fun later on when you move and get to prep their own room when the time comes. Just less to stress for now!

I completely understand the overwhelming urge to nest. Take comfort in knowing that many moms spend countless hours preparing a nursery during their nesting phase and don't use it until the baby is at least 6 months old :) Many moms keep babies in a crib, pack n play, or bassinet next to bed for the first 3-4 months anyway, so you'll be right on track for when you get baby's room. When we had baby #1, our second room was guest room/office that my husband used daily and nightly so we had to put baby in our room anyways. I've never had a "nursery" because now that second room is my 4 year old and 2 year old's, but neither of them moved into it until they were at least a year old. They both always slept in a crib or pack n play in our bedroom. I made a small space in my closet for her hanging clothes, dedicated one drawer of my dresser to her folded clothes, got an over the door organizer for her blankets, burp cloths, and lotions, clippers, diaper creams, and set up her diaper changing station on top of my dresser. It's totally doable. The biggest problem is not enough room for all of the 'stuff', but you honestly won't need a whole lot. I saw a lot of new moms take back or resale a lot of things they never actually used with baby such as diaper genie, wipe warmer, swing, etc. We never had any of that because I asked everyone to only gift off of registry so I could keep everything to a bare minimum. You can always also request gift cards on registry so you can purchase items after moving into a bigger space.

Don't stress - just prepare with what space you have. You'll love having baby sleeping right next to you

My husband and I lived in a small one bedroom apartment when my son was born, so I totally get how you feel. We set up his crib next to our bed and put some decorations above it to make it look a little separate from the rest of the room. It was a little cramped, and I wish we could have done a full nursery for him, but it was actually really nice to have all of his stuff so close to the bed, especially in the middle of the night.

Short Luteal Phase?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

joanne_178 That's a relief that your principal is ok with everything, makes it much easier if she's been

Ladies...if your husband has a friend of the opposite sex who is asking for advice from him about what to do about her cheating husband....how would you feel about it? Would you even let that conversation go on? I would like to get every and any opinion on this matter
