Anyone experience this? If so can you please explain to me what it feels like. TIA!

I agree with @kzim! I've had it with babies 1&2 and assume I'll have it again! It suuuuuucks! Worse than labor pains/contractions in the front, in my opinion.

I only had it for a couple hours from like 3cm to 5cm with my first (he decided to move posterior, but we moved him back with the hot water in the labor tub and being on all fours). Honestly, it freaking hurts. Like @kait says. I'm probably gonna have it this time too. This baby won't move for nothing. It doesn't go away, and gets worse.

I had back labor with my first and i know it will happen with this one too. Its a sharp duel aching feeling that doesn't go away in your back, you can have cramping with it but your pain will wrap to the front and tighten then release. Nothing you do to get comfortable will work your back will feel like it's gonna break. Its extremely painful.

I did with my first. It feels like a very tensed up muscle spasm thst never goes away. I was sore for a week after giving birth and had to use heating pads
