Good luck for your appt - I'm sorry to hear his results and that it's taken you so long to get an appt. I'm in the UK - not sure where you are. At our appt we saw a nurse so she could get all our stats, height, weight, BMI and ask our history and also swab name for STI's and thrush ? (which all came back negative!!) so they knew I was okay to have my scans etc. Then hubby was booked for a second SA (his morphology was low at 1%) and I was booked for more bloods at beginning and mid way through cycle, a HSG and internal ultrasound. Once we had all those done (approx 3mths it took!) we saw a doctor and she went through our results and basically told us we didn't qualify for any further help on the NHS as we have two children and my ovulation is hit and miss but as I ovulate sometimes we just had to keep trying ?? so we're waiting for a doctor we saw privately to try and help switch us to his NHS books so we can start Clomid and be scanned to give us a shot. Sorry if you're not in the UK - hope it can be of some help. Hope it all goes well. Xx
First appointment is a lot of talking and going over medical history/past testing results. Then they go over your options and come up with a plan. Depending on how much testing you did with your PCP, they may order some tests: labs and imaging.
I'll suggest taking all your previous testing results with you or have your PCP send them over prior to your appointment.

Thank you for your response ladies. I am in California. All we had done with PCP is SA and we both had labs. DH also had an ultrasound on his scrotum.
Will they be able to do my pelvic ultrasound if AF is here?

They may do a pelvic ultrasound after AF ends to set a baseline.
