I was wondering if any of you ladies have experienced extreme periods after miscarriage... I had a 2nd trimester miscarriage at 18w with my daughter in December 2011 and another in September 2012 with twins at 12w... My periods have been slowly becoming more and more painful... This morning I laid in bed crying for almost an hour because I was in so much pain... It was worse than the back labor I experienced with both of my sons... I'm at work and am having trouble moving around because of the pain..

I've only had one period since my MC. It was actually shorter than my periods before the MC. I had bad long periods before and this one was short, but very painful. The pain only lasted 2 days. I think everyone is different.

I might add that I have been ttc for the last almost 2 years
