Water makes me throw up!
Water makes me throw up!
Of all the things! I do have cravings to eat fruits( thank god, I never eat fruits and I need to eat health) I also don't like greasy stuff anymore( which I used to love). But then if I drink water after a meal or on an empty stomach, it makes me want to throw up. And I love water!

Water is usually my go-to drink and now it makes me throw up, too! It's a struggle to drink it

I loved water!!! The only thing I drank (besides coffee)
Now...I have to MAKE myself drink it! Ugh

Sigh! I am not the only one! I loved water. I have never had any skin problems or constipation simply because I love water. Now drinking water is a chore for me too! Any ideas to make water a little easier?

That's all I was drinking before I got pregnant, then I started feeling the urge to throw it up and then I had gotten dehydrated so now I drink water and Gatorade. I had to man I would feel so bad just drinking water.

I had this problem with my third pregnancy. I lived on the orange vitamin water for a while. I also would put lemon juice in my water and add tons of ice. I couldn't drink it at all unless it was ice cold. I still felt dehydrated all the time.

I had gotten into the habit of drinking water all the time before and now just the thought of it makes me want to be sick ?

It's crazy to see this post! This is my 4th pregnancy and I've never experienced this before, but just the thought or sight of water makes me want to throw up.

Try sparkling water. I find the fizzy helps.

Yes I'm the same. Sparkling water or flavored sparkling water helps a lot!

It comes back up within 60 seconds flat. Cold. Room temp, ice. I can't win lol

Have you tried it with crystal light flavoring or adding fruits ( like lemons or strawberries) to it ?

I only drink plain water when I'm not pregnant, but I can't stomach water when I'm pregnant either. However, sparkling water (Perrier or Pellegrino) water settles my nausea.

While I wait for DH to get lemons to add in my water, I tried iced water with lemon slices in them and it works.
