So last night I had pain and bleeding, I went to a&e/ED last night and had a scan today, unfortunately I have an ectopic pregnancy so it's over for me for now, good luck with all your pregnancies x

Hi honey. I can't read and run. I haven't had ivf but we did iuis previously. I have had 2 ectopics. One resulted in me losing a tube the other behaved and lowered on its own. I'm so sorry you're going through this. Please reach out to me if you want someone to talk to. Praying for you.
Thanks girls, it's such a s*** ty time. I go back Monday and like you girls with history of ectopics have said I have to bear in mind there is still a chance of surgery and methotrexate as it's unpredictable. I'm sorry to hear you have gone thru the same thing, it truly is horrendous ?. With you girls how long after surgery and how long after methotrexate could you have further ivf? From what I'm reading after methotrexate it will prob be 6 months and I'm guessing surgery timings would be the same?x

I went through something similar. They tried a wait and see approach for a few weeks with blood tests every few days. My HCG bounced around though so I did end up getting a shot of methotrexate. More blood work after that every few days and it continued to fall and then rise back up so I had to get a second shot. They never did ANY ultrasounds after determining it was ectopic. If I could go back I would demand them. If I only knew. My baby was a fighter and continued to grow in my tube despite the shots and I ended up on the ER at 3 AM requiring emergency surgery to remove my right tube. I'm furious with how my clinic treated me. Please be your own advocate and make sure they follow you all the way down to zero. I hope you can avoid the methotrexate shot and that this nightmare ends quickly for you. I'm so sorry things turned out this way.
Thankyou, it really is a kick in the tits ?.. my hcg is lowering and so they are going to try treat me conservatively which means sending me home with direct access to the ward at the hospital if anything happens, they said they could have taken me to theatre but obviously I would loose a tube/ovary so after weighing it up they said they would try this way to try to not loose an tube/ovary because I don't really need my fertility reduced further, it means regular bloods and scans and can take 'some time' we got the impression a couple of months but I guess if depends, which means it will put back my FET, if they decide they will have to use methotrexate that will probably put it back 6 months, they also said ectopics with lowering hcg have a good chance of 'behaving' but don't always 'behave' so I may still need to have it removed. It's basically a waiting game AGAIN, I dunno this just sucks, going for the regular bloods and scans at the pregnancy unit is going to be a constant reminder, I feel a bit on edge knowing it's there and knowing what can happen if it ruptures and it just means I can't carry on/make new plans etc! Sorry I've ranted ??. Has anyone had this treatment for an ectopic?x

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

So I know that In the Latino culture you’re suppose to wait the 6 weeks (quarentena) to be able to have sex again. I’m currently at 5 weeks and I cheated and had sex last night! It had been too long! Did any of u do it before the 6 weeks?
