Work replacement
Sooo the person to replace me at my job while I'm out on maternity ( not sure if I'm returning but didn't tell them) started last month and she just told us she's 3 month prego due in June, I'm due in Feb. ---- so basically we hired a pregnant person to replace the pregnant person (me) greattttt now I'm stressing out because I was trying to plan this way it would be a smooth transition while I'm out... Now what ughhh

I don't know why this is your problem. She's there to replace you, if they have to hire someone to replace her in six months that's a management issue. She might be expecting to keep working after her maternity leave so its not like they would be short handed forever. Or you may decide that you want to return so her being there at all could be redundant.
Honestly, this is something that happens all the time. People get new jobs and get pregnant all the time. She didn't have to disclose anything about the pregnancy during the hiring process and there's no way you or anyone could have known without asking (which is illegal).
Don't stress about it. You have a replacement for yourself and that is the end of your responsibility. Her mat leave is her issue to figure out, not yours.

Her being pregnant has nothing to do on your behalf. She is new and suppose to replace you; still plan for your maternity and whatever after. Totally nor your issue to worry about. Leave that for the managers and supervisors
