Am I being a brat
So I'm a FTM due Feb 4th, first grandchild on my husbands side and his parents are beyond excited, I just found out my sister in law ( husbands brother wife) is pregnant, now I'm beyond thrilled that my baby and her baby will be so close in age as cousins, but they live with my inlaws and I kind of feel like now I have to share this special time, could just be the hormones but I feel like I'm being a selfish brat and I feel bad for feeling like this- any advice ladies?

This happened to be before but at work lol. It's so normal to feel this way and also probably some hormones lol.

We are in very similar situations! I'm a ftm 15w3d and my sister who has 2 kids already just announced she's pregnant with her third. She's due 2 months after me. I'm happy for her but she knew we were pregnant even tho ours wasn't planned but she always said they weren't going to have one until feb 2017. Now she's due in June. I'm excited to have a new niece/ nephew but I planned on borrowing a lot of her stuff instead of making everyone buy us new lol so I feel ya. I guess I should be happy they will be close in age however I wanted my moment ya know? Lol however all babies are blessings so I'll put my big girl panties on and be grateful:) message me tho if you ever wanna chat/ vent about the situation because I feel ya lol

Don't feel that way, focus on the positives!
I was pregnant at the same time as my sis n law & loved it. But was easy to compare the attention we or our unborn babies got from in laws & sometimes we felt jealous. But in the end, it's totally silly to feel that way. So many positives outweigh the little moments we didn't feel the same attention or whatever in.
Don't let yourself feel like that, just have fun and know it's much more fun to be pregnant with someone else than to be alone!
