What was your social media I'm pregnant announcement?!?

With my first we announced on Mother's Day with a pic of the ultrasound saying "for Mother's Day this year I got morning sickness!"

With our second we had a pic of my dd wearing a "big sister" shirt and said Sophia is getting a promotion!

Haven't announced it & won't until maybe I have the baby...

I just updated my fb status to "there's dough in the oven ?"

I literally just posted our ultrasound photo and said "baby's on its way" ?

I did an ultrasound photo with three ps3 controllers and the third one was under the u/s said "Player three press start to enter."

Mine was similar to the pp. We're a gamer family. 4 xbox one controllers with player 1... ready!, etc. And the 4th had player 4 loading august 2015.

Dh n I got professional announcement photos done.

Mine was roses are red violets are blue cupids been busy bc a baby is due with the ultrasound pic and hearts. I announced on valentine's day.

I made a little flyer type thing on the "Pic Collage" app that said "a new baby is on the way expected arrival September 28th" and then two of my first ultrasound pics on it

I just announced it last week, at 20+5 weeks. Lol I added our first ultrasound picture, that's it!

I had a picture of baby pins 2 big ones, one smaller one for my son who's 4 then inside my pin had a little pin. Just posted like that and people got the hint :)

I recorded a short video of my 2 year old making the announcement for us. I just asked him questions (What's going to happen in January? What are we going to name the baby? etc.) and he answered. He did all the work for me ? By the way, my son keeps telling us the baby's name is Shrek or jaguar lol ? So that made for a great video!

For our social media pregnancy announcement, I got one of those "baby on board" signs you put in your car window and my SO stood behind me holding the sign in front of my belly (: everyone loved it and said how original and different it was. ?

Took a pic of me and my SO reading pregnancy books with my nieces and nephew all crying on the hammock with us with the caption "practice makes perfect." I posted on here a few days ago if you want to look. Turned out pretty funny!

I found a picture online of a cartoon woman who's super skinny with her shirt lifted to show her belly, and she's saying "If you look REALLY close, you can see I'm showing!" Took some people longer than others.. lol

I miscarried 3 months before and had bought a maternity shirt that said "I don't think you're ready for this belly" I had never worn it and no one knew I bought it. So for my announcement I took a picture of myself in the shirt and changed my profile picture. I felt so sneaky doing it :) eventually everyone caught on it was fun having people guess

My husband is really into bonsai trees, so he got one he's had a while that's pretty big, one he got when we first got together that's slightly smaller, and he bought a tiny one that's similar to both (think they're all some sort of evergreen with needles, I'm not really into trees haha), and took a photo of all three. Then he labelled them daddy, mummy and baby.

I just went the more traditional and posted the scan picture lol.

My other half put a balloon up his t shirt holding our scan pic and posted"looks like we've got a bun in the oven" then tagged me in it lol its suits our personality :-)
