Well still waiting for results after sweep.

Had membrane sweep done today. 38w today. Cramps And bloody show and loss of mucus plug (I think). Still no contractions tho. And I was only about one centimetre dilated. Unfortunately it doesn't look like this baby will be coming early at all. I'm getting so impatient ?

Try to walk and have sex and squatting. It helps to dilate you more.

I've heard it can take up to 48 hours for the sweep to work but if you were only 1cm it probably wont?

Contraction questions

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.

I think I've decided to let my doc sweep my membranes today. So my son will be here today!

Went to the doctors today she did a membrane sweep on me. I am still 1cm. So mommas how has this worked for you?

If I lift this and sweep today, will it hurt my baby? I'm pregnant and really don't want to hurt the baby.
