Please tell me I can take tylenol for this awful headache I have. Tylenol is all I have and im in agony. Can't get a hold of my doctor

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Sora has a 103.5 fever. I already have her infant Advil. I would've have her Tylenol but I'm out. What do i do?
I want to cry because yesterday late afternoon when I went to the hospital I was having contractions but not as near as they want me to be but when I was home there were coming in and they send me home and now I have pain so bad like I am literally almost crying it’s not fare I took 2 Tylenol before I went to bed and drank water and I took a warm bath and noting make it any better

I've been having massive headaches and honestly the only thing that has helped me at all is laying down with a cold cloth on my forehead and back of my neck. Doesn't take it away but makes it more manageable. I'm praying these don't last the whole pregnancy. I'm on day 8 now
