I don't have any other children, but this happened to my mom. She said she had the exact same pregnancy with me as she did my older brother, so she thought I was a boy her whole pregnancy. She didn't know I was a girl until after shed given birth and said my name and the doctor told her to pick a girls name.
So my point is don't expect a certain gender just because you have a similar pregnancy.

This pregnancy is totally different. I knew I was pregnant by 3 weeks with this one, didn't know till almost 9 weeks with my first (second missed period gave it away).... morning sickness dor the whole 1st trimester, none with the last. Cravings an Can't sleep, bad acne.... none of those symptoms with my first. But I am having another girl so have different symptoms doesn't mean opposite sex unfortunately.
Hope you have a happy an healthy baby no matter the gender!
