Try a little pickle juice, sounds crazy but it worked for me when I was just a little nauseous.

Vitamin Water. It has vitamin B and although I still suffered morning sickness it was not as sever and I actually enjoyed drinking it since almost everything else I did not. The Dragonfruit flavour is great. And those fruit or veggie trays are the only way I can stomach healthy foods. If anything is already made then I don’t have to see it cut and the textures and that really helps me. We usually will stock up on health food store snacks and ready made things. Homemade (store bought) white bread. Beef jerky (McSweeneys is actually somewhat good ingredients and you can usually buy at regular grocery stores).

My OBGYN always says to eat a lot of protein. My last pregnancy I did a little better if I ate every 2 hours something small. Morning sickness was always worse for me on an empty stomach.

Thanks everyone. I bought some b6 and I feel so much better. I still feel a little nauseous but I'm not puking. I can't eat sour patch kids or Skittles because they are not kosher but maybe I can find a kosher alternative.

I second sour patch kids! My dr prescribed me something and now I can’t remember the name of it. It was wasn’t zofran. It was FOR pregnancy. Ask your doc.

ETA: it was Diclegis!! Should of read the comments first but yes that helped. If I remember correctly though it made you sleepy. Its basically unisom. Which unisom helped.

ETA again: haha I didn’t read that whole comment, I just saw diclegis and came back. But yeah. It is basically unisom. It worked great for me and my insurance covered it.

Liquid protein drinks. Eased the nausea and got some protein in the body.

Pickled ginger!!!!!!. My local grocery store didn't carry it. So I bought it from a local sushi restaurant.

My husband made me candied ginger and that helped a lot too.

Diclegis is just vitamin b6 and unisom in one pill/prescription form so that pharmaceutical companies, your insurance, and your doctor can make money off it.

Ask your ob about a pill called diclegis it’s made for that! It’s fairly new and mine always had samples for me.

It’s the only thing that worked

For me, sucking on gobstoppers or suckers and stuff like that. It helped me a lot with all 3!

I took vitamin b6 twice a day- once in the mornings and once at night and it helped wonders! Hoping something works for you, morning sickness is the worst.

Vitamin b6 and unisom 3x a day. I was sick my whole pregnancy but that made it where I would throw up once or twice a day instead of several times. I hope it passes soon Mama ?

Ritz crackers with a little peanut butter on them. I had a hard time eating which would make me even more nauseous. Those were about the only thing I could choke down.

Giving birth did the trick for me

Zofran was the only thing that “helped”

Ginger ale helps me.

And pickle juice.

ETA: not with the vomiting, but the nausea.
