Another baby shower?

I am currently pregnant with my 3 child. I had a nice baby shower for my first and decided against a baby shower for my second. I had decided not to have one this time around but I have had multiple people at my job ask when my shower was going to be. So now I'm trying to decided if I should have another one. I have thought about a sprinkle party but I'm still up in the air. What would you do?

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

So an associate of mine doesn't understand why I'm having another shower being that I had one with my first who was also a girl. I explain why I wanted one. Then she wanna quick change it up like "well your a very unique amazing girl so you can do that". Umm anyone can have as many showers as they want who cares. Everyone has all these rules and guidelines when it comes to baby showers. Like it's not that serious. Q

I really thought I was getting a baby shower and like no one has even thought about giving me one. This is my first baby i mean no one has to do anything for me I just at least thought they had plans for me and they don’t. They gave my uncle one because his wife didn’t want one because she already had a kid.And everyone got a baby shower and was giving one .But I guess it’s okay. I’ll do my own baby shower with my next child I just thought family planned a baby shower for you . Lol guess I thought wrong.

So I just found out I'm pregnant with my second baby on Thursday and I told my mom on Friday after my fiance told his mom and dad and today I was talking with my mom and if baby is a boy I'm not going to have a baby shower but if it's a girl it's going to be a small baby shower and my mom told me that I can't have another baby shower that it's now how it works. So do I have a shower or not? Any advice?
