Ppd sucks

I hate this. I hate feeling like I hate being a mom. I hate feeling like I hate being married and not being able to what I want when I want. I hate feeling like my husband can. I hate feeling like a failure because I cant do anything right. I hate this depression and anxiety that doesnt let me leave my kids at home with their dad because they cried a little. I hate this and it's making me start to hate myself. I hate that even though I now own my home and that my kids have their own space that I still have failed them because it needs work and appliances. (We have some countertop cooking appliances until we can afford real appliances.)

Are you on any type of birth control? After my first I got PPD really bad and was also on Zoloft. But I had gotten the mirena placed and was having other issues with it and got it taken out and within the month my PPD went away completely.

Just a thought!!!

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. It truly is awful.

I was on Zoloft but my new dr wont see me until March. I'm searching for a different dr but not many take my insurance.

I'm sorry you're feeling like that! I went through a very similar experience a couple months after I had my first son with my dh. All I can say is eventually it will get better! Take a little time here and there you to do something you enjoy! I didn't and spent the first 10 months in a downward spiral and ended up eating my feelings away. Then when I realized what I had done made everything worse!

Try to find someone you can talk to even if it's just a friend or someone who can relate. Keep your head up lovely

Short Luteal Phase?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

AM I THE ONLY ONE

Who feels like when I'm on the highway traveling and me and a car follow eachother for awhile, I feel like we are friends and when they exit I get sad?!? Because if I'm not the only one who feels like this then I have the BEST story of my life for you.

This really is the cutest story ever lol.
Nah I'm to paranoid for that stuff, I usually think someone is trying to follow me home

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.

ekko I see both sides. However, if you both work and him taking off one day isn’t going
2sweetie I’ve never asked my husband to take a day off when I’m sick. I just deal with
boymama523 He gets the choice to call off if he’s overwhelmed or sick. You (all us mommas) don’t.
