Feeling like a crappy friend

I want to be happy for my friend but I just can't be. She is pregnant for the 3rd time but cannot afford the children she has. She has called me cry because she doesnt have enough food for her older ones or enough money for diapers for her youngest. She lives with her parents because she has no where else to go which is fine but she refuses to get a job or finish school. She has been trying to get her diploma for 4 years and is actually mad that no high school or equivalent will take her. She goes for a month or two then quits, but blames everyone else for her not going to school or taking her back. (She's almost 22.)
