Major Rave!!! After months of supplementing with formula because I wasnt able to produce enough to feed ds, we're formula free and I just pumped an ounce after feeding ds! It was a couple of hours after he ate but it's progress considering I couldnt pump anything unless he slept through a feeding and I was engorged, even then it was barely enough for the next feeding. (Normally five minutes after I get done pumping.)
i feel so bad feeding my baby formula but he is getting full with my breastmilk and i dont think i am producing enough😔
Could the fact that I only eat two meals a day, everyday be the reason why I'm not producing enough breastmilk ? I need to give my baby formula after feedings because she's still hungry 😔😩 The most I can pump now is 3 oz total & she drinks 4-5oz now..
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
so, I think if my milk comes in prior to the baby, I'm going to pump as much as possible and freeze it. I'll feed whatever I pumped to the baby, then after that I'll switch to formula.
if i tell wic in pumping and formula will they give me a pump or formula? not sure if i should tell them both or if im just formula feeding
I'm using a lactation blend.(The brand is Vitanica.) I'm not much of a fan becuase it took almost five months to get to this point. I've heard great things about Mother's Love more milk plus, and thats what I'm going to try next.
