Ivf next month
I am having my first ivf next month but might change to June due to a scheduled vacation and my menstrual cycle might arrive while at away ? so I will be doing conventional ivf. Medications are endometrin, menopur, Ovidrel, follistim 900mg and ganirelix. Were those the same as yours? I can't believe am going through with this especially being scared of injecting myself but I'll anything to have a family. Good luck to all ??

I got Lupron-10units a day and down to 5/daily once I begin taking the stims meds, which are: Menopur 150, follistim 300, human growth hormone (somotropin) 2.6mgs. Also Dexamethasone tablets.

I only got Menopur and hubby and I both got antibiotics and antifungal meds. On Cetrotide now as well to prevent ovulation and having egg retrieval next week. I know they base your meds on how many follicles you have. My specialist said you fit IVF into your life and not the other way around. So you go when you feel the timing is right. Best of luck xx
