Does anyone else feel like their pelvic bone is going to break and feel alot of pressure? Does that mean the baby has dropped? How do you tell if the baby has dropped?

My son stayed up so high under my boobs it was crazy but this time my daughter is staying sooo low my hips and pelvis are sooo stiff after just sitting down and laying do I have to have help up and it takes me some time to just walk 10 steps to the bathroom... it hurts to flip side to side in bed as well.. I feel like an old woman with how slow I have to walk and all the pain..

This is our first boy after 3 girls and he’s always been a lot lower than the girls. Lately I feel a lot more pressure like he’s just going to walk out on his own lol

The only stretching that helped me was to spread my legs apart about the width of my hips. Then I leaned over on my bed and rested my elbows and head only on the bed (straight back). Next I gently rocked side to side. That was the only thing that would relieve the pressure with my son.

They say you carry boys lower and in my case it was definitely true. My girls were/are so much higher up than I carried my son. I remember pausing while walking (like at work) with him bc I was in some serious pain (not due to contractions). I saw a chiropractor throughout most of my pregnancy. She said my hip kept coming out of alignment. She taped me and that helped tremendously the last few weeks!

Good luck mama you’re almost there!

It might help you relieve some pressure or make baby reposition some. With my first pregnancy I had the pains I described right before I delivered. I’m going to start washing and preparing her things because I don’t know how much longer I’m going to last.

I'm having a boy and I'm 32 weeks. Does stretching help?

I went for my nst today and the one nurse asked the other nurse why my baby was so low. I’m 32 plus 3 days. They had to get her heartbeat under my pelvic bone. She is in position. I’ve been having a lot of pain in my hips, my back, my pelvic area and in my vagina. It feels so sore and swollen.

Tonight I was squatting and stretching my pelvic muscles and it felt soooo good. My husband thought it was so weird bc I was reading a book to our daughter all crouched down into a huge squat lol. I feel like I need to do the splits to get the ultimate stretch ha!

Are you having a boy or girl? I felt like that when I carried my son. It felt like his foot was about to come out at any minute! ? How far along are you?

I don't think my baby has really dropped down into the canal just yet. But its because all your bones are loosening to prepare for childbirth. I've been in pain for 3 days and day 4 (today) I'm not in as much pain anymore. It comes and goes.
