so i was wanting to know has anyone ever had a period and then still was pregnant? as in have one medium flow day and then very light almost spotting and been pregnant?

When I was pregnant I was bleeding a lot and taking birth control pills. I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was 3 months. So, it is possible.

yeah thats what i thought. my mom told me she had periods with me so i figured its possible.

With my last pregnancy I had what I thought was my period and then days after I stopped bleeding I took a ovulation test and it was very positive turned out I was pregnant but I lost the baby a week later

a period is when the uterine lining sheds so you can't be pregnant and have a period. But you can have bleeding or spotting while pregnant. Some mistake it for a period.

I agree with the pp above. You cant have a period while pregnant. You can bleed like its an AF or you can just spot.

Yea, i bled every month till nearly 7mo...i have told this story so.many times.on.here and love it bc it gives ppl that are in the same boat as i was, hope. I was terrified and no one i knew had ever experienced it.

I bled with my daughter every 4th friday like a mini period till about 20 weeks & then it was random. It was always red never really brown which freaked me out since my previous pregnancy ended in a loss, but my daughter is now 4 months?
