I’m timing my burps 2 minutes apart and my hemorrhoids are at a 6! Sleep is 100% effaced at this point. Lol wishing I could be timing contractions and dilation! I will just keep wishing for now!

I'm havin some contractions that are about 20 minutes apart and lasting 3 minutes. It's been pretty consistent for almost 2 hours. Is this the beginning of labor? My doctor said if I had 6 in an hour to go to L&D but I only had 4 in an hour. I'm 32 weeks with twins.
