Hoohaw trouble (tmi?)

Any mammas dealing with sudden infection where you tore during birth? I have a yeast infection that’s stemmed from some kinda smaller infection where I tore due to it not healing properly from my stitches , it’s hard to explain but basically only two spots of skin healed backed together and tear a little more every time I have sex and now look like two little pieces of skin string holding it together it’s painful , it looks bad, and makes me feel self conscious when hubby looks at it. I’m going to see if tomorrow my midwife can clip the two pieces of skin and separate it so that bacteria can’t get trapped anymore and see about a antibiotic cream or something since monestat isn’t working and neither is azo :/ don’t think me disgusting I wash good and wipe good it’s just a weird place for a tear and holds bacteria for some reason :/
