What have you mammas taken for a cold that didn’t destroy your milk supply ? My aunt says to get a certain tea that helps boost your immune system so plan to do that but I need some relief from this cough and tickle before I lose my mind! I don’t want to hurt my milk supply I just want to feel better lol thanks !

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
