Not trying

I'm not trying but I'm ebf and not on any Bc(personal reasons and medical reasons) I haven't had a period yet (3months pp) my SO asked me the other day during the act(sorry tmi) if I was ovulating and I literally could only say I don't know maybe not lol how can I track ovulation without a period ? We want to wait to try again until my daughter is 8months old so I'd like to try and track to make sure we don't have any mishaps when we are in the middle of buying a house and I'm still on non paid leave , thanks :)

Can you use condoms? That seems like your best bet.

Ah gotcha , I'll have to check out the group , to be honest I'm not sure if I'm already pregnant again or not lol too afraid to know that answer

Basal body temperature. Look in the ttc and charting group. BUT if u r trying to avoid pregnancy then do not use bbt. That confirms ovulation but doesn’t predict it.

You could track your bbt, cm, cervix changes.

Tracking bbt will not tell you that you will ovulate, just that you already have. But tracking cm and cervix position could help you determine ovulation is approaching

Is there any other ways besides opk's ? I don't exactly have the money to buy any right now

It's not really recommended to use these as a form of contraception, but you can use ovulation tests to see when you're ovulating!
