My 1st couldn't use luvs and haven't tried them on my 2nd but Wal-Mart brand was bad on her so far i love huggies and think its worth the little extra money for them or pampers

I got medicated powder that worked very well she's rash free now :) I just put some in her diaper every now and then to keep it at bay

Mine always seem sensitive to creams too. I use breast milk and coconut oil!

Aww hope he feels better soon. I also have to let my LO diaper air out. Butt paste and desitin didn’t work for her but GroVia magic stick balm was a life saver and so much less messy.

I just gave away all my Luvs diapers because my son was over wetting in them. I encourage you to get "butt paste". It is awesome regarding diaper rashes.

Neither of my kids have ever had a rash so far, but we use cloth diapers most of the time. I try to make sure that their bottom it's totally dry to the touch before putting a new diaper on, and I think that helps the most. Naked time is definitely good for them!

I let my guy be naked as much as possible when he had a diaper rash. Nothing else cleared it up besides that.
