I had them right after labor too. The best thing I did was take some stool softeners and use lots of hemorrhoid cream. The hemorrhoid gel helped so much!!!

Cream didn’t work with me, only Murrh. I take few pieces, add hot water then leave it to melt.
Then i put it in a jar at the restroom and every time I use the restroom i soak cotton in it and wipe the area, sometimes I leave the cotton there and wear my panty.
First, its relief the pain
Second, in few days the hemorrhoids will shrink

I don’t know but I’m suffering with you. It’s 20 times worse than my second degree tear. I’d rather recover from a c section than this

Hot baths with Epsom salts in the water and witch hazel pads. And make sure you’re not straining when you poo. Put your feet up on something to help it pass with minimal effort.

I had a huge one after labour and I used Anusol cream which shrunk it, I went to my docs and asked for something stronger and she gave me a cream with mild steroid in it and that bad boy worked like a dream. Gone completely within a week.
