Go off of June 5th. Spotting is pretty common for pregnancy.

If your actual last period was June 5 and you're average cycle is 28 days, then your EDD is March 12th.

If the spotting was your last period and you have an average cycle, then your EDD is March 31st.

March 12, 2018 unless your cycles are long, like mine, and you ovulated later than around CD 14...sounds like that might be the case as 6/5 was my lmp before AF came on 7/13. Congratulations! Likely you are due in March :)
