Not sure if I'm having contractions or not 🙈. For the past hour I've had one and off period cramps on my lower back n lower tummy. They don't last long but they definitely sore.

Is it normal for your lower belly to be sore? Like the type of soreness you get the day after doing an ab workout? It's only sore when I'm walking around or moving around.
