It took a week an a half but my HR came up to mid 70s i'll be following up with cardiology this was very scary and want to make sure its safe to have another baby in a few years.

I’ve been having this too. This is my third baby born 7/23 went to urgent care I was so freaked out, but no blocks or anything. Did 24 hr monitor and echo and nothing. Just a heartbeat in the 40s and 50s. 55 right now. My Dr actually told me to drink more coffee ?

No i'm not anxious and anxiety increases the HR not lowers it

My resting heart rate was in the 50s immediately postpartum when normally it’s in the 70s. My midwife did not seem concerned. Is it possible your palpitations are from anxiety at this point?
