Have not had this issue but I had a with an irregular heartbeat years ago. Same as you echo didnt show anything. I ended up with a heart monitor for a month, and by that point everything it picked up was normal it appeared to resolve itself and they were never able explain it. No issues since so not concerned. Hope you get to the bottom of it, maybe its hormonal
