First appt... So FAR AWAY!!!

I feel like time is dragging and I just want to see my little bean. Maybe i'll call up my doc and ask her to schedule an u/s the day of my appt. Hopefully she'll agree?

I hear ya! My local doc couldn't get me until Dec. 1st!!! So I booked an appointment with my old OBGYN who is a bit far away, but I'll do a long drive to see my bean in two weeks versus seven.

October 30th girl! Ugh but I do get an ultrasound luckily!

My first appointment is 10/29. I feel the anticipation as well. Like omg since i found out the days are dragging by it seems. I think its just because im anxious

Mine is November 5th, I'll be 8 weeks then and I have an ultrasound on October 30th. I got my blood drawn today though, for hcg levels, should hear back tomorrow. The wait's killing!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh! Mine's the 27th...I feel ya!! We can be impatient together?! Lol!

I have my ultrasound on the 27th and first doctors apt on Nov 3rd. The ultrasound is to check dates & make sure everything is ok since I have had miscarriages. With my daughter they were not going to give me one till around 20 weeks. Think it depends on where you are, your doctor, & your history.

Mine isn't until November 4th at 10 weeks, so I'm jealous

Me! Scheduled for next week.. The 22nd. They won't see me til I'm 6 weeks but I ovulated late so I'm not sure how things will measure. I believe this first appointment is just to talk and get paperwork done? With my first it was but I don't know if it'll be different with this one. Also, I'm hoping they at least listen for the heartbeat so that I can rest a little easier that baby is ok. We are also hoping to tell our folks around Halloween maybe but only if we have a better idea that things are ok

I live in Canada, and it isn't out if the norm to not be seen till 20 weeks.

I had 2 hcg levels checked at 14 and 16dpo. My first appt is on the 27th of October and it's an ultrasound. I should be close to 7 weeks bases on ovulation. I was going to a Fertility clinic and so I know exactly when I ovulated and I also think that's why I get an ultrasound at my first appt. I think it's normal to not have one till later, but perhaps those going to a Fertility clinic or who have had past miscarriages would have an appt sooner. Try not to stress.

Although I shouldn't talk as I'm 5 weeks 1 day today and have yet to have any symptoms of pregnancy besides pregnancy brain and slight aching/cramping 2 times. So I'm hoping when I go in there will be a baby with a heartbeat!!!

I haven't even registered with the doc yet that I'm pregnant, I recently had 2 miscarriages may & July so I just want to forget about it till I'm at least 8 weeks as it'll be the furthest along Iv been & hoping it'll be a good sign.

I have my 1st appointment on the 19th and I'm getting a u/s because I had a missed abortion last year so they want to make sure everything is going good with this pregnancy I'm a nervous wreck all I've been doing is praying to god I see a baby and a heart beat I'll be 6weeks+3 on that day.

Mine's November 5th at 8 weeks, but I'll get an ultrasound that day as well. I'm getting bloods drawn this week though

I'm a first time mommy and just got my BFP 9/27 and scheduled an appointment 10/8. Is there a reason you have to wait so long? I have another appointment on 10/20 and had an ultrasound done on the 8th and was 5W1D. Am j lucky? Or is it my insurance? I have kaiser here in Southern California. I'm noticing a lot of mommys are anxiously waiting there first appointment ?

First appt is Monday Oct. 26th.

My man is out of town on weekdays for work, but really wants to come just in case they use the Doppler to listen to our baby Itsy's heartbeat

?congratulations! Well my first appointment involves an ultrasound to confirm dates and pregnancy. But it's on the 27th I might have to change it to the 29th though. ? my toddler will not tolerate a long drive in traffic and the 27th time frame falls right in line with the rush hour ?

My first appointment is oct 30th as well!! It seems so far away but it will be here before you know it. Hang in there mama!
