Jrenrut...I started crying reading your story. So sweet. :) Darn hormones.

We got our bfp the day after thanksgiving and none of our parents know yet. I'll be 7 and a half weeks at Christmas so we're telling them all then. With my first I told my mom immediately...and dhs parents the weekend after. We waited a few weeks to tell my dad because he has a hard time with keeping secrets. Ha. This time they'll all find out together. :)

We are telling on Christmas day. We got a cute tshirt for him that says for christmas Santa is bringing me a new brother or sister in august. I'm so excited

We were 4w1d on Thanksgiving and told hubby's parents. It was so cute. Went around the table saying what we were thankful for and we went last. Hubby said he was thankful that he's going to be a dad come August and both his parents started crying. It was awesome. We considered waiting but decided to go ahead early because we had a miscarriage in June and felt so isolated because no one knew and it was hard to tell people about the mc since we hadn't acknowledged the pregnancy.

I'm 5 weeks and I will be telling my family on Christmas. I tell my family everything, so it has been difficult to keep it a secret for the past week. I'm a little bit afraid that they might get upset that I didn't tell them sooner! When I was pregnant with my first child I called everyone I knew the second after my first positive test.

I tried to wait til Christmas... But it didn't happen!! I kinda wish I would have but I was just too darn excited!

I say go for it :) I wanted to announce to our families on Christmas but hubby couldn't wait the 2 weeks lol.
