He will absolutely get used to it! They transition them into it over a week for a reason. I know it's hard, but you got this! And once he is up to his 23 hours a day, keep him there. If he wears it for the proper amount of time, he'll be done sooner.

He will get use to it! Just make sure he is not wearing a lot of clothing he can get pretty hot. My lo had it on for 4 months ?.
