No joke! So and I joke about this all the time. An old, tiny, rundown shack of a house that needs tons of work just sold for over 300,000 here. It's crazy.

We are Cali people and love it. Expensive but I wouldn't trade anything about our house, family, school district, and views. Note we are in Northern California so it's stunning.
