Huggies were awful for us personally.

Huggies have worked for my son. Only the little swaddlers (sp?) And little movers. He always leaked out of the snug & dry.

Huggies have never worked for us. I find treasures to be great, but I'm not sure if they are in the us ?

Pampers are the best for us.

Huggies and luvs both. Ds2 could only wear pampers so anytime I got any other brand I'd take it to whatever store it came from and exchange it

With Pampers I've never had a single leak or blowout but huggies every time I ever used them I got leaks or blowouts I think they are just too narrow

Hated them when she was a newborn, because they made her pee smell very strong but now I love them. We used to use luvs til she started to blow out of them like crazy. Haven't had any issues with huggies.

They've stopped selling Huggies where I'm from. Buy on a nearly related subject, I it just me or does your babys nappy smell like boogers or eggy when its really wet? It happened to my friends too. Pampers were the worst for smells.

Op I advise you buy a medium pack of different brand nappies every time your lo goes up a size.

I discovered that pampers new baby size 1-3 never had that said smell. Only size 3-5. Some brands like (UK London based so these might not help) tesco and boots are the best! Asda brand is too plasticy.

I had a few leaks with huggies while I was waiting for my daughter to fit into her cloth diapers.

Now that she is wearing her cloth diapers we haven't had a single blow out.

@OP if you hear of anything about the Kirklands brand, please let me know! I'm moving right after baby is born and we'll be doing most of our shopping at Costco when we move so I would want to us those!

And everyone else, thanks for the tips! Going to keep my eyes peeled for the return/exchange policies so I can start buying diapers and wipes in bulk like everyone else in my birth month group lol.

Huggies are banned from our house. We had 6 or 7 blowouts and every time she was in a huggie diaper. 2 occasions were in public. Nothing like standing in the AT&T store covered in green mustard poop ?

Huggies are actually my favorite. Different diapers work well for different babies. PP, I bet if you stock up on one kind and it doesn't work out, you can probably return them to a Walmart or Target for store credit and get ones that will work. We did that. ?

Yes. Same problem with ds and I got tons of huggies at my baby shower. Pampers swaddlers work the best for ds.

Has anyone tried the Kirkland brand from Costco?

I guess it's just different with every baby then. With my first I only used Huggies and I thought maybe they started making them different since that was 12 years ago.

Huggies was awesome with my first only time we had leak was when the diaper was when I had to switch to a bigger size.

Huggies were the best for my kids. The only time we had blow outs were if the kids had upset tummies.

This is why I'm hesitant to stock up on diapers with my baby, who's going to be born in December. How on earth am I supposed to know which diapers work best for her?

Me! DD has blow outs in Huggies. We switched to Luvs

Not me. I always used Huggies with my first born and she never had a blow out. So far so good with my 2nd.

I prefer huggies over pampers , but some people are the opposite.
