My Doctor told me that this is a great snack specially a night time snack lots of protein. Thought I'd share this with you all. Haven't tried it yet but definitely picking some up. Hope it works, because my fasting numbers have been high.

Following! I LOVE muscle milk! My husband and I used to buy the powder form and drink shakes after our workouts but muscle milk is expensive and so I just made shakes using fruit and milk lol. I would love to get some of these again I do love the chocolate and strawberry. Good for after baby too!!!

I liked Muscle Milk and Atkins shakes. If you use Ibotta, there is usually a rebate for money back for Muscle milk.
