in labor???

Im so sick of constantly being sent home, i am 4cm 50% -1 but cervix is very soft super easy to spread open, had membrane sweep on thursday, cramping off and on all weekend, but its now 2:06am and i am crampy and feel like baby is down "in my butt" is the best way i can describe it. When he moves i wanna scream he is so low and it hurts so bad. I feel like i gotta poop but i just cant. Is this labor or is it just the joys of being uncomfortable towards the end?
