please pray
My husband moved into our house last year, we were renting it and supposed to be rent to owner when our year lease was up, well my landlord wrote me this morning saying they are no longer selling and that her husband is moving in here because they are having issues, giving us til the end of next month to find a house and move out. In our town it is so hard to find a place that's big enough that's not overly priced, plus we have a big dummy dog and kitten and I refuse to find them new homes because of this, they are my animals and we made commitments to be their family forever. I found a place we get to look at tomorrow in a very high end neighborhood, that's less than what we've been paying, it's an almost to good to be true home. So I just ask if you get time to please pray for us and pray we can get into this home:)
Well they aren't throwing us out our lease is up next month, but we were under the impression after our lease is up we could then rent to own:/ we hold no grudges to my landlords they have been more than they needed to be as far as landlords go. As life goes things come up and unfortunately for them life is harder than we have it
❤️Getting to know you❤️
Since our May group is growing strong and we have a lot of new mommies joining and sharing their bfp's...Thought it will be fun to get to know each other as we all share our pregnancy journey!

Make it make sense. I remember before we brought the house we had the hardest time finding a decent priced place to rent.

Omg...as much as I've prayed for this to happen in the EXACT way it is happening...I am so overwhelmed now! So much to do...find a place for rent that isn't outrageous with a yard and two bedrooms..that'll take our dog..., decide on a moving date, give our bosses notice, pack, find out when his insurance from his current job ends and if it covers in NV, find a new doctor and hospital, actually move and unpack and get a nursery ready...good grief this is intense!
You guys..how much is your rent and where? Me and the kids plus hubs are moving back to nyc and we ending up scoring a 2 bedroom for $3,000. Believe it or not this is considered “affordable”
No there is no contract unfortunately, we were supposed to be signing one in Feb 11th. But I guess life happens and plans change
