need some support

Hubby and I have been ttc since Jan 2015. Lately he has been acting so different... he used to be so loving and made me feel things would always be alright, but lately he has been so distant, we usually bd everyday except recently. We have been looking for a house cause we moved out of ours suddenly due to neighbors who were horrible, and it seems like every house we have looked at he has hated, well two days ago he told me to call on this one house for rent so I did and fell in love with that house, I put $150 down to just get it off the rental list so I could pay every thing on payday. Well now he is saying we can't afford it??? We make over $4000 a month and we can't afford $1000???? I just don't get it, he is just idk I'm sitting here bawling and all he says is I don't want to hear it??? Why is he acting like this??? I know something is wrong and asked him told him I can feel it and know him enough to know something is wrong. And all he says is nothing. I just don't understand. Sorry for the sob story I'm just so hurt and confused
