I don't think it will. I had mine done after I had my oldest son he'll be six in July. And I've left my ring out for months and was able to push it back thru it hurt so bad but it has never closed.

I've had mine pierced since I was 13, I don't know if it will ever close up. But I had gotten to a point I didn't wear the ring much anymore anyway, my uniform irritated it.

Mine. I took mine out when I found out I was pregnant again. It hurt so bad when I put it back in after my last son that I don't think I'll be putting it back in after this baby.

I have an old one that I got a weird stretch mark between the site and my belly button last pregnancy. I had an appendectomy a month before I conceived and have a laparoscopic incision site under my belly button. Needless to say, it's quite odd looking these days, along with having a hairier than normal belly! Gross!
