Just keep putting a thicker barrier on it and keep him as dry as possible so it doesn't rub as much. The barriers like desitin or a&d will still help it feel better even if it isn't a normal rash. The diaper free time will help a lot too! If you think of getting a chaffing on yourself....naked feels the best! Nothing touching it.

See but this isnt a diaper rash, its like a chaffing from the edge of the diaper. Resinol isnt helping much and neither is neosporn. Just slowly taking it away? luckily ot doesnt hurt to the touch anymore
