What I do when my 10 month old bites is push her face into my boob so she can't breath for a second ? it sounds cruel but it was a last resort, she's bit me so hard twice that she drew blood so I was scared she was going to take off my nipple one day ? I did it all, unlatched and walked away, firmly said no, I even tried yelling ow thinking it may scare her into not doing it again but nothing worked until someone told me to push her head into my boob and it actually worked. Occasionally she will graze me with her teeth but very rarely will she bite anymore. She's also got 8 teeth and getting her molars ? it's terrible, I didn't experience this at all with DD1.
When my son did that I just tapped his thigh and said "ouch! No! That's hurts mommy!". lay him on the bed and let him cry for a minute or two and tell him "don't hurt mommy.", hug him and relatch him. We've only had 3 incidents like this.

I would not relatch her right away. Instead put her down and put the boob up for 5 minutes.
