dumb pediatrician!
How are you about to tell me my daughter should eat baby cereal before bed so she sleeps the night through? She is only about to be 4 months and the previous doctor told me not to give her anything until 6 months or later. I'm do glad to be apart of this group and know she doesn't need this! She gets everything she needs from my breast milk!
I don't understand why people are always in such a rush to get their babies to sleep through the night. Whenever someone asks me if LO is sleeping through the night and I say no he still wakes up every 3-5 hours they give me such a sympathetic look and half the time tell me to try cereal. Like no? He's only 2 months I don't expect him to sleep through the night. I love bonding with him at night. Yes I'm tired but I wouldn't trade it for the world. He's only gonna be little once and I try to cherish every moment!
I'm not going to! Waking up in the middle night with her isn't a bad thing! It's just mommy and baby time with a quiet house! I wouldn't trade it for the world!
Rant-_-...
My friend asked me to watch her dd while she took someone to do something at about 7ish & said "it won't take long"..

My 5 year old daughter refuses to tell me the truth about stealing and eating my candy all she has to do is tell me the truth and she can get up and go play she breaking my heart but this lying about stuff is getting old
What would you do? - baby shower
SO my mom has been very negative about the baby my entire pregnancy. Especially in the beginning, she said the most HORRIBLE things about me, my DH and my unborn baby. Like that I was making a big mistake, that I was making her 2015 the worst year ever... etc etc. Even when she would do nice things she made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience and a burden to her. She told me to definitely NOT expect a shower or anything like that from her. Fine, whatever...
OT. rant! forward facing early
ok, so in my birth month forum (October 2012) someone posted a picture of their lo riding in the car in a forward facing seat! what???? it baffles me when parents do this. I'm not trying to offend anyone.. but why do ppl do this?? the oldest baby in our birth month is 9 months, she was 3 months premature. but even at 9 months I wouldn't have my child forward facing.
Oh trust me I am seeing someone new next time! And I know right that bonding is the best I wouldn't trade it for anything! Plus my breast milk gives her all the nutrients she needs! She clearly is growing and gaining weight so I would never even think to give her any kind of food!
