let's talk pp periods..
Ladies what did you do to help those horrible cramps that make you feel like your in labor all over again. I just got my first pp period and I am hurting so bad ?

I'm on the implanon to and honestly I feel like it brought on my period! It's very light but I'm super crampy still! And I didn't miss this crap either. I'm miserable and noticed a drop in my supply
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Any of you ladies been on the depo shot and not have a period?
when you're period is late and you can't stop worrying..I hate this..

Are you ladies up to tonight? I’m sitting here drinking some wine debating on taking a pregnancy test. I don’t really think I’m pregnant, but I have a leftover one in my purse from my last pregnancy. I usually get my period at the end of the month around the 20th and I haven’t gotten it yet. I am only 6 months pp and only have had two periods since having Jane. The chances I’m pregnant are slim to none to be honest, but it’s in the back of my head.
Also have implanon??
It actually got rid of my periods up until a few months ago. I'm due for another in November.
Before though, I would take some Midol (if you're not breastfeeding) and lay with a heating pad on my lower belly. It felt better than having it on my back. Pressure took some of the pain away too so DD would sleep on my belly a lot during my periods.
